Why did you cancel DPCC 2021?
With the ongoing city and state restrictions, the resulting uncertainty around large public gatherings, and the financial impact that the pandemic has had on our organization, we decided it just won’t be possible in 2021 to hold the kind of event our community has come to expect. We love that DPCC offers a space where people from all backgrounds and fandoms can come together and celebrate, but the safety and health of our attendees, exhibitors, staff, guests, and volunteers must be our highest priority.
Will Denver Pop Culture Con return?
Right now, we don’t have any other information on when DPCC might be back. But we will communicate any developments as soon as we’re able. Our priority right now is shifting our efforts and staffing to focus on our core educational mission, and we will be providing as many opportunities for pop culture-based education, instruction, and creative community connection as we can in the face of a challenging public health environment and serious budgetary constraints.
I was an approved exhibitor for the 2021 convention. What happens now?
All 2021 exhibitors will receive a refund. For questions regarding refunds, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask for your patience and understanding as we work to process these refunds.
I applied to volunteer for the 2021 convention. What happens now?
